This product does not cut braided line. I have to use all my strength in order to cut 10 pound braid. Just awful. Definitely do not recommend buying.

I purchased it to cut braided lines. They are called Braided line Scissors. Rapala is not my favorite name, but the price was very reasonable. The only problem is...they will not cut braided lines. None. At all. They are going back to the store.

Had a hard time cutting with it . Should have a lock to hold it up while it’s in the open position.

I love the brand but this doesn’t work. Needs to be better made.

Difficulty cutting braided line. OK for monofilament.

Bought for the ease of having a small tool that I could toss in the pocket and cut braid, instead of carrying large scissors or a blade, but it definitely does not do what it’s supposed to. Works on 6lb Fluro fine but we all can bite that. Don’t waste your money.

Does not cut braid cleanly. Used less than 1 season while kayaking freshwater and no ;onger springs open. I have to manually open it in order to cut anything. A pr of nail clippers from CVS are just as good.

I bought these to cut my 20lb and 30lb braided line they say they are for braid but it seems like they have a little trouble cutting it but they still work good

I bought this about 3 weeks ago as a easily available cutter since it was on a lanyard. I tried it on several types of braid and it did not cut it at all so I tried it on 10 lb mono and 12 lb fluoro and it would not cut those either. The cheap $2 braid scissors work better than these. A rock and a stick would work better. I ended up buying the kvd cutter/pliers for $2 more and never looked back.

Built very poorly. The retractable blades don't lock in or out. When I cut my 65lb braid, I had to gnaw it in two. Leaving the end frayed. I would suggest finding another multi line cutter.

Hardly cuts braid and leaves line frayed after cutting. Buy the Snip instead. It's amazing.

It's just a good product. Smart and convenient. Two thumbs up.
