Rapala Magnetic Release Clip

Bought this to use with my range finder since I didn't want it around my neck. Was concerned about it not holding and losing finder but seems to stay securely. Just to be safe I leave the lanyard clipped for security. Works as intended.

Very Sturdy Construction And High Strength Magnet

I am very impressed with this magnetic release clip. The attachment ring on one end is very strong and about .75 inches across to accommodate various attachment styles. The clip attached to the other half of the magnet is very sturdy and made of metal. The magnets are very strong and require a substantial pull pressure in order to release them so that accidental separation is unlikely.

Handy Handy Handy

Bought to replace my pulley for my work badge which was forever breaking and having to be replaced. Magnet is very strong, holding 2 office keys and a file cabinet key. Reattachs easily and is very freeing to not be constrained to a tether.

Maybe It Will Be Ok...

Was playing with it before I attached it to my fishing net. One of the ends pulled of the magnet a few times. Only happens when pulling them straight apart. I will add some Gorilla glue the next time it happens.
