Solid jerkbait, was on the way to my friends house because we were about to bike down to the river and stoped at dicks to pick up some flukes and saw this and picked it up, the actions great and it’s a perfect size for smallmouth, a couple days later I caught a 5.23 lb smallie which is my new pb

Excellent Jerk Bait!

I bought these baits a few years ago when they were on sale. I figured I'd give it a try. Looked up how to use it and hit a Florida pond. Worked very well. At one point I had a bass on 6 consecutive casts. I now own 8 ripstop jerkbaits by Rapala.

The RipStop jerkbait does exactly what it's name implies. The flared tail is a unique design feature that stops the action of the jerkbait after you jerk/rip it and allows it to suspend motionless in the water. This really triggers the bass. Comes with sharp hooks and great colors and finishes.

It Caught Fish

I’m no expert or could compare this from one bait to another, but it caught fish for sure. Just make sure you’re jerking it hard enough. This lure has a special action when you really rip it.
