Perfect Knife For My Needs

I bought this knife to use for trimming the fat off of brisket prior to putting the meat in the smoker. The blade is flexible and will work nicely to make fine cuts. The knife was sharp out of the box, however I did strop the edge to bring it to a razor sharpness.

Same quality you can expect from Rapala. Already cleaned a few dozen fish with it. Holding up well.
