Great Glove, R2g Model Is Really "Ready To Go"
This is a great glove but may not be for everyone. Note that this is an R2G model, which means that the heel pad is much thinner for easier break-in. (Also note that the heel/palm area is VERY thin, so you will feel the sting if you are not catching in the pocket area.) I was looking for something high quality that did not require an extensive break-in period, so this was perfect for me. The glove was really ready to go and I was playing catch with my son the very next day. For those looking for something with some more palm protection or that will likely hold up for a longer period of time (and who are willing to break a glove in), this may not be the right glove for you.

Great Looking Glove
This is a great Heart of the Hide Glove! Would def recommend. Glove was for my 10 yr old and was broken-in within 2 weeks.

Ready 2 Go (R2g) Model Not Disclosed In Item Description
We returned the glove because no where in the item description did it say it was the R2G, Ready to Go, model and the photos didn’t depict the R2G stamp that was in the glove we got. During the return process we asked if we got the wrong glove. Eventually we were told that we did get the wrong model and that a different store had it in stock. We asked about the best way to get it considering we got the wrong glove the first time around and we were told to drive 40 miles to the other store. In order to make sure we were in fact getting the right glove I called the other store and asked. I was originally told that they did have the regular version and not the R2G version so we started driving down there. About 15 minutes later we got a call that they were wrong and that it was the R2G version. I asked if they ever had the regular heart of the hide in that style and they said no, that the item description was probably wrong.
