Easy Break In

I’ve purchased many gloves that have long break in periods. This glove is soft and quick to break in. The glove may not have long useful life but that is offset by ease of use and quick game time use. This is my second glove.

I wanted a good first base glove but not so over priced it would be impossible!!! This Rawlings Premium Series 12.5” glove was perfect and will not be just a dust collector. It has good padding. Good leather straps and a good feel on my hand even before it is broken it and oil treated.

Budget Mitt, Keep Expectations Low And You’ll Be Happy

It’s a very thin bargain bin first baseman’s mitt, but that’s not a knock on it. It is what it is. Great first 1B mitt for your player or a backup to keep handy. Don’t expect a glove that will be ultra durable and last forever, it’s not meant for that. But if you need something to get by for a bit, I think it’s a good option.

I have bought two sizes of this glove for my son through the years. The glove breaks in easy, is durable, and is Great quality for the price. The leather is soft yet holds up well through training and tournaments. Another fine example as to why Rawlings are the best gloves in the game.

can't beat it for the price. As much as I wanted to buy another "heart of the hide" model, this one felt like it wouldn't need months of break in, and I was right. It was good to go after a 20 minute catch.
