Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product!!! As a very experienced baseball player and Little League coach I felt the need to comment on this fantastic bucket. FYI, this review will be a bit longer then most, yet well worth the knowledge. First off, some basic information about the product. The "Perfect Height", this is a 6, thats right, count em, SIX GALLON bucket, Rawlings spared zero expense on the design and materials on this product. The Rawlings bucket features a specially designed Foam cushioned lid for there baseball bucket. The fantastic and very interesting this about this is that you can also use the lid to seat on while you pitch to smaller children baseball players. The foam Rawlings uses is a made from Polyurethane (PU and also called Polyester) – its a spongy foam like consistency of foam that is also used in pillows or mattress covers. It is an open cell material which means it will absorb liquids. This is great news to any baseball player that has played baseball and the sky open up and rain began to fall, your bucket will be very well protected. The comfort level from sitting on the lid of the Rawlings Bucket is 10 out of 10, it is pure comfort just like a brand new Cadillac. One great feature this Rawlings bucket has that must (but not all) other companies do not offer is a Pro Secure Handle. Rawlings Pro Secure Handle allows the most graceful way to hold and transport your Rawlings Bucket with out developing any issues to your hands. To say that the Rawlings Official League Bucket is a "hand saver" happens to be the absolute truth in this situation. The Rawlings Official League Bucket can hold over 6 down baseballs. Thats an incredible amount when compared to similar buckets of other manufacturers. The Rawlings Official League Bucket can hold 4 plus dozen full size softballs. And 5 dozen fast pitch softballs. Simply amazing. Weaknesses, ZERO. The Rawlings Official League Bucket has served me well for 4 seasons of very intensive baseball playing, and I believe that this is the best bucket you can buy on this planet, however, consider buying 2 as you will find you love it so much that you will to store other sporting good as well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from delivered without lid Very disappointed. The bucket was to be used for my son as a boyscout storage seat. It was delivered missing the cushioned lid. Cust. svc said the lid would arrive in 2- 3 bus. days from when I called. Nothing came. Called after 7 days to be told that they no longer had that item in stock & nothing they could do - I could return it. Disappointed that no one called to tell me & with the missing lid.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It's a bucket It's a very expensive container to carry softballs in. The cushion seat is lame and I cannot think of a reason it would ever be used to sit on. Nobody that is coaching goes to the field and thinks "if I only had a really thin cushion to sit on" The price is ridiculous but I was low on time and didn't want to fun to Walmart to get the same thing for $5.00

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Rawlings Baseball Bucket This is a good ball bucket... I've owned a few. I coach over 60+ games a year and it will hold up for about 2 years give or take (just keep it out of harms way during batting practice). Also don't leave the lid cushion side-up with your players walking around near it if you don't want to padding to have cleat marks in it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ok Bucket but not a dream come true I purchased a new bucket because my old lid broke and wouldn't stay on very well. If the bucket fell over in the truck the ball would come out every time. This new bucket lid stays on better but still not great. I was hoping for a tighter fit. Overall the bucket is nice just not sure how well the lid will hold up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfectly fine bucket for carrying baseballs The bucket is fine and does the job required. I like the padded lid, its slightly softer than another brand I bought a few years ago.I only gave 4 stars however because the price was a bit high. $24.99 for an empty bucket. I would certainly prefer it be in the $14.99 range, but I needed the bucket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saves my knees I bought to have seat while coaching. Great when the kids are in the field and it makes me a durable catcher for our pitchers warming up. A little bit taller than normal bucket, which is perfect for me being a little taller than most.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for coaches Great product for lugging those baseballs and having a seat. It was extremely overpriced however, that's why I didn't give it 5 stars. $25 for a $5 bucket with a lid is pretty steep. But it's a convience thing so not a deal breaker.
