I brought this glove on 04/26/2025 along with the warranty. It was the wrong hand I brought it back in to exchange for correct hand. I had to pay an additional 10.00 dollars for the exchange which was done on 05/03/205 only a week later. When i complained because it was the same glove but different hand I was told by Keegan their was noting he could do I asked for an refund and refund for my warranty he told me they no longer give refunds it was only 1 week. the other cashier said he could give the refund. I was outdone to have to pay an additional charge for the same glove and then told I no longer had a warranty on the new glove. I asked for the store manager Keegan said he was the manager I asked if for the store he said no only front manger and that he was not there. I paid the extra 10.00 because my grandson needed the glove I shop at dick's often and have a credit card with dick's but was truly disappointment with the outcome if this situation
