Ravens Tent

I thought dicks sold brand new products untill i purchased seven ravens tents. three of the tents had ripped carry cases and the shipping cardboard boxes were in deplorable condition, you cold tell these were the left over stock or someone,s returned purchase that was damaged but was sold to me as new.this item is no longer available so im stuck with them as i need them for a family reunion. dicks refused to substitute the next model up for the three damaged items
