Impractical Baseball Display
It is not obvious how to open the display box. The prongs that a ball rest is too sharp and cuts into the ball.

On Hand Inventory Count
After going to one Dick’s store looking for a certain item we were told they don’t have any. Their website said they had two. The gentleman was helpful and found another Dick’s t he at had three in their inventory. So I drove thirty minutes to that store and asked for assistance. Their system did show three but they could not find any after looking in different areas of the store. So I looked on my own and found tge correct spot where they belong . There was the box with nothing in it except broken plastic cases that the item come in. I went back and got the clerk and told him I found the correct location and it appears someone likes the item so much they broke open the plastic cases and helped themselves. A small item that costs $25 should be locked up to prevent a theft. So I was very frustrated that no one knows what is going on in their store
