Rated 5 out of 5 by from 30 year old glove good as new After 25 years, I decided to take up slow pitch softball again in a 65 year and older league. Went up to the attic and cracked open the dusty cardboard box with all my ball stuff. My old trusty mitt looked old like me. I bought some Rawlings Glovolium Glove Treatment and slathered it on my glove. My $25.00 30 year old mitt was as good as new! I just may rub this stuff on myself!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great I bought a new glove for my son and this glove treatment the same day. He needed the glove the next day for his game. I applied the glove oil and bound the glove with rubber bands with a ball in the pocket over night. The next day the glove was soft, flexible and the pocket stayed formed around the ball. I couldn't see any difference in his fielding during the game. He said it felt just like his last glove. It worked fast, didn't leave any residue and there were no discolorations even though the glove isn't real leather. Both of my children and my husband play baseball

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Helps break in a stiff new glove I grabbed this when I purchased a new glove for softball. The glove was very stiff. I used this three or four times over a week, while also wrapping the glove over a softball, and using the glove to play some catch to break the glove in. This helped the initial break in though. I used a paper towel, maybe not the best choice, for several reasons. The glove color came off on the towel and the towel splits apart, but I did not want to ruin any cloth towels. It worked fine though. Just make sure to wash your hands afterward.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Careful - discoloration I purchased a blue outfielder glove - very stiff. I did like that the Glove Treatment worked. It softened my glove and it feels great. The bad part is it caused parts of my glove's color to look faded or darkened in the areas I applied the solution. It was almost like it was erasing the blue material and mixing it with the areas I was rubbing the solution on. My glove is no longer a solid blue, it is still blue, it is just now, different shades of blue and shows signs where I applied the solution.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product I have several different types of glove oils, but I think this is a good buy. It absorbs the quickly and does not have a bad smell.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rawlings Glovolium Glove Treatment Our AAA head coach recommended we use this particular glove treatment for my son's new baseball glove. Husband applied the treatment for about a week straight and it worked wonders. The glove was soft and supple and it conformed to the baseball which we rubber banned in the palm of the glove. Highly recommend this product. No strong overwhelming smell to it and worked pretty quickly unlike the other glove treatments we have had in the past.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Liquid flows quickly. Works Have 3 gloves. Baseball and 2 softball. Used in all 3. Baseball glove is 25+ years Regent, was getting stuff. Treated 4 times back to playable but not new. SOFTBALL gloves 15 years old 3 treatments and new SOFTBALL both treated once. Soaks into leather quickly. Space treatments out over several days. Works well. Have no idea why anyone would use HOT treatment and oven. Never have never will. 25 year old working glove testament to that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for Rawlings gloves. I have used Glovolium on a few gloves and it always works great. It helps break in gloves quickly and keeps them from drying out and cracking. I usually apply it with a cheap disposable sponge. I put anywhere from a half to a whole small bottle on a new glove over a period of a few days (a little at a time) and it always turn out great. Remember to treat your gloves like you would your skin! NO OVENS!
