Straps Not Sturdy Enough

purchased the gold collection backpack for my son at the end of February, the first day using the bag the straps that go around the font of your chest tore, as of last week the strap at the top of the bag that has a hook has also torn completely off, while the rest of the bag is great as far as design and room for gear i would like to think the straps would hold up better and not tear in 3 months, sons team has not even played a game as of yet just practices and bag is already falling apart.
