Bat Companies Need To Do Better For The $$

I had to return the bat to Rawlings after 30 days of ownership when the end cap came off. Rawlings confirmed a defect and repaired the bat but having a bat sit with Rawlings all season was a waste of money. This was the second time I’ve had to return a bat to Easton/Rawlings. The process takes them too long and they should return our money for a bat that missed the season.

End Cap Broke Off

End cap popped off after 3 weeks of using the bat. Last warranty claim filed with Easton/Rawlings took past the end of my son’s season and the replacement bat was too smalll by the time we got it. Not looking forward to this process again. Don’t recommend Easton/Rawlings bats anymore.
