Horrible Warranty Program!!!

Breaks in less than a month with prescribed usage and RAWLINGS warranty department cannot replace because they don’t make it anymore. They offer to replace with next model that isn’t available for 2 months…so you’re without a bat for that time. And no I do not want another model or else I would have ordered that. Credit to be applied to other options in different classification (ie USSSA, BBCOR) would be a reasonable offer but it is against their policy. Other than that it’s a great bat if you only need it for a month.

Great Bat For Almost 8 Year Old

Solid bat for an 8-year-old. Lightweight, easy to swing, and comfortable grip. My son makes better contact and feels more confident at the plate. Great for rec league or practice.

Bat Snapped In 2nd Game

We purchased the Icon -12 for my 9 year old son 3 weeks ago. The bat snapped in half during the second game it was used.

Snapped above the grip after only 2 months. Our son saved his money for months for this bat only to use a few times this season. Filed a claim with Rawlin’s but I’m sure the season will be over before we hear anything. $350 down the drain.

Great Bat But

Great Bat but too expensive and the handle knob should be hard rubber material for a better grip and to avoid scratches or damage. Bought this for my son and he's been hitting really well with it. It makes a pop noise rather than a metal ding sound when hitting the ball which is a good thing. $350 plus tax is too expensive. I only bought it because I had the funds. Rawlings should make the bottom handle knob rubber and more handle wrap for better grip and less sting.
