Excellent Sweet Spot - Dead Everywhere Else
I bought this bat for my daughter the day it was released. She broke it in properly and hit great off of it when she hit the sweetspot. The rest of the bat was DEAD. Now, almost as the year warranty is out, it is obvious the inner barrel is completely broken. You can hear it rattle. This is the exact same thing that happened to the 2024 Mantra she got Christmas before last. She used it two months, breaking it in, only hitting off the tee and soft toss. The inner barrel broke. THAT one was quickly “fixed” but is a dud now just for show. No more Mantras.

Hot Out The Wrapper
I bought this for my daughter a week after it released and she has been swinging it since. We have added other bats to her collection but she still reaches for this bat. It was hot out the wrapper but now hotter with a larger sweet spot.

Not Very Durable
We bought this bat for my freshman daughter at the beginning of the season. She used it during indoor practice for about a month before using in a game because we had a cold spring. Bat 1 broke after maybe 5 actual games with it. They did send a new one but it took almost 3 weeks to arrive, thank goodness she had her Mantra from last year. She used the new one in 3 games before it broke. Again they sent a new one. The new one is dead already. She works so hard at hitting lessons and was getting super frustrated at open field when she would hit a ball it didn't really go anywhere. A team mate gave her her bat to try and boom She was hitting to the fence. She so wanted to love this bat but unfortunately it's just not durable. I'm going to contact the warranty department again but at this point she doesn't want another 😔

I Think Something Is Wrong With Mine
It has a ton of vibration and even barrel sweet spot hits have a ton of vibration and hand sting

Not The One
First, my 11 year old cracked the first one. Take that as you wish. The performance of the bat can be summed up pretty quickly; the sweet spot on this barrel is fantastic. Great pop. However, if you miss the sweet spot, the rest of the barrel is awful. It sounds like a 2x4. I have actually had spectators approach and ask if the bat is broken or what's going on. Unfortunately, I will need to buy my daughter another bat this season because our confidence just isn't there. I can't think of any reason to buy this bat over some of the other top bats out there right now.

Useless In Under 2 Months.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this bat as a prerelease from a USSSA Select 30 event. It came in mid February and used it in a few practices and games. It had really great pop and I loved it. Less than two months later though, huge crack and a big rattle noise whenever I swing it. It is completely dead now. This is my fourth mantra bat to break in under 10 months of use.

Big Mantra Girl
Great bat! Our daughter (10U) was a Meta then Kryo girl… she’s now a BIG Mantra girl. Sound, pop, feel and balance are awesome. Very excited for the summer with this bat.

Swing Away!
My daughter has had countless different bats over the years. After receiving her new Mantra Reverse FP in -11 she said it’s one of her all time favorites! This is the bat she picks out of the 8 in her bag! Amazing product and it shows!

Rawlings Family With Honest Review
115lb 5'2" female. From the gloss blue mantra to the flat/matte blue 2.0, to the 3.0 and now the reverse. Tired of breaking bats we shifted to Rawlings mantra in 2021. At first we struggled with the 2021, the sweet spot just didn't feel the best and we felt it was less forgiving than other bats we had used. When the 2.0 dropped we picked it up in a -9. This bat was a game changer and surpassed the previous model performance by 10 times over. 3/12/23 started the first home run and the bombs just followed. 1/2 swings and hard to contact balls just launched off the bat and the exit speed off the bat was insane compared to previous model. We picked up the mantra 3.0 and it became a top contender with any other bat in the dugout. Other players and coaches enjoyed the bat and when the mantra reverse released we had not really pushed the performance of 3.0 in competitive play. The mantra reverse -9 debuted in our first district game and it has not disappointed. Out of the box the bat just felt right. On to the second game some bad habits along with an off speed pitcher had been introduced and performance could not have been measured due to athletic mechanics. Once at the hitting coaches facility my form was broke down and rebuilt. My load was shortened and launch was more aggressive. With these small corrections the bat has earned itself as my absolute favorite so far. This bat deserves to be in the top 3 of any fast pitch bat on the market. Value, durability and performance makes this my #1 pic. It's been nice to complete a season without waiting on a warranty bat to be mailed back. A thousand dollar special edition bat does not make you a great hitter. Releasing 12 limited edition bats in 1 month doesn't make you the greatest bat company. Yes some are more forgiving than others but the truth is you can always improve as an athlete to give the gear the ability to perform at its best. 2025 Rawlings Mantra Reverse is a top tier bat and when paired with an athlete who is willing to perfect the combination, it's the real deal.

Mantra Reverse
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi I’m mya. And this is why I like the reverse. I love the mantra reverse because the feel of the bat is unreal. The technique of the bat is amazing. When I swing the bat it has amazing control and also allows me to balance my swing. Having this mantra is amazing. When I hit the ball I feel the power of my swing hitting the ball. Even when you are breaking it in it still has an amazing pop and feeling to it.

Super Hot!
My daughter loves this bat! She said it's super smooth and balanced. It has great pop and this is now her new game bat! I've been measuring the exit velos the past 2 weeks compared to her other bats and the Mantra Reverse has consistently come out on top.

Overall, Rawlings Hit It Out Of The Park!
I received this bat a week ago and it is really great. I love how balanced the swing is. It has great pop out of the wrapper, but in my experience it gets even better as you break it in a little especially towards the endcap and hands.
