Poor Construction And Lack Of Qc

Good Boots, Thin Leather
I just bought 875 from AD here in Norway and they are good boots but i can see that they have very thin leather, only 1,8mm. Is this normal for this type of boots?

Great Boots
I love my 875 and 877, the break in process is still ongoing but so far so good, I always use a RW insole with these boots, the craftsmanship and leather quality are top notch, these boots will never be confused with a pair of Nike air max but for classic aesthetics they can not be beat.

Only boots I wear. Have been rocking the RW Moc Toe for 10+ years. Have about 10 in my closet that I continuously rotate. Only boots I trust for motorcycle rips and trips.

One Of The Most Comfortable Boots I've Ever Worn
I have a relatively old pair of Loden Abilene Moc Toes from 2018 (and I wish they didn't discontinue such a beautiful boot) and they are one of, if not the most comfortable boot I've ever worn. Unfortunately, the wedge sole does wear quite quickly, though it's understandably a trade off for how comfortable they are - when I resole these eventually, I might do a Vibram Honey Lug.
