I Want To Love These.

I love Red Wings and have multiple pairs. One of them is a pair of Iron Rangers that are over 10 years old and currently on their third resole. I bought these about 10 months ago and was extremely excited as these are my favorite Red Wings, stylistically, that I have had yet. They are also quite comfortable. However, I have been disappointed with the quality of the stitching and gussets. Three of the four gussets were completely stretched out and wrinkled within the first month of wearing them. I have a shoe horn and pay attention to not overstretch them when putting them on. I have a pair of generic Chelsea's that I wear to work that are over 3 years old and have held up better than these. I took them back to the store that I purchased them at and they agreed it was too soon for the gussets to be in the condition they were so they replaced them for free. After getting them back they were in a similar state after a couple of months. I just got them back from their second gusset repair and now some of the stitching is compromised, one of the panels is pulling away from the boot , and there is excess glue all along the gusset seams. I want to love these boots but I don't know if I would recommend them. I have invested quite a bit in these boots and I don't think I trust them to not continue to fall apart. Did I get a lemon of a pair or are these just not as durable as the classic heritage models like the Iron Ranger and Moc Toe?

Plagued By Inconsistencies

Bought the Chelsea in amber harness about 3 weeks ago now but there’s consistency issues. My right and left boots look like have different leather, size feels like different at least half to almost full size between them (yes I’m aware I have different size between the two, but never had similar issue with my blundstones)

I have worn Red Wing work boots all my life, this is my first pair of Chelsea's I love them, very comfortable right out of the box Could you made them with the SuperSole ?

Horrible And Very Uncomfortable

I’ve owned these boots for a year and they are super uncomfortable. They are very tight across the top of the foot. I even purchased a redwing insole at an up charge for the store when I bought the boot. Very dissatisfied had a lot of money and for them to not be comfortable after a year is horrible.

Good But Could Be Better.

I purchased these shoes about a month ago, and after wearing them for a short period, they have developed noticeable white crease lines. I understand that some creasing is normal over time; however, I would expect this to occur after several months of regular wear (around 3–6 months), not within the first month. Given how new the shoes are, I am disappointed with their current condition. I wanted to ask if there is anything you can assist with in this situation, such as a replacement, repair, or another possible solution. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.
