Looks Great But How Come No Ee Width In The Eu?

Customer from Sweden here. I always try finding shoes and clothes manufactured in Sweden, Germany or other EU countries but avoiding Asia. Not necessarily because it’s worse quality from Asia, usually it’s not, but because I want to support industries still not outsourcing what can still be locally manufactured even if it means paying a bit higher price. This time I wanted to try a US made shoe. I really like the shoe, but I can’t give a fair review before wearing them for a while, but I have one issue: it seems as if the EE width (at least for the black version) isn’t possible to find in the EU! I can find it on your US site, but when I switch to the EU version of the site, the width option goes away and all shoes are supposedly the D width only. I checked several resellers and it’s the same story everywhere: selecting the width is not an option. And I could really use the wider version. The shoes fit very well in length, the toe-box is reasonably roomy, but they are really (really!) tight in the middle. I don’t believe going up a size would help much. Am I right in that selecting width is a US only option for the black version? Other than that the shoes look great and I hope I will be able to break them in despite the narrow width.

Shouldn't Have Waited So Long!

I waited until I was pretty much done with the working part of my life before I splurged on my first pair. Now I'm busier and working harder than ever before and these Boots are definitely living up to the hype. They fit right and feel great without any significant break-in issues.

Boots For Life

I seriously expect to wear these boots for the next thirty years.

They Were Great At First

I bought this item a little more than a year ago and for the amount of money I spent on it I expected it to last more than a year. When I initially got them, I loved them. They were comfortable. I thought they looked very nice, but they definitely did not hold up to the industry I work in. I am a professional exterminator and these boots shortly after receiving and using them daily for work, started allowing water to get through the leather, causing me to constantly have soaking wet, cold feet. They started falling apart, right where the toe of the boot meets the rest of the boot and actually cracked and large holes developed. These boots are not the test of time or apparently the pest control industry..

For Life And Lifestyle. Redwing Boots

I own four pairs of Iron Rangers. I rotate them out. In different finishes. My favorite is roughneck and amber harness, but I also have charcoal and suede. I love the moc toe and the steel shank. Substantial boots. Not work boots. I also own a pair of Redwing Hawthorns and British Chelseas. I have a problem.
