Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Rod! Super sensitivity on the rod, you can feel when you're on bottom, going through grass or bumping over rocks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Value Bought the 7'6" Heavy action, and I'm very pleased. This rod has great sensitivity and can really wipe a lure. I paired it with a lighter weight reel because I cast jigs and lures all day. It would also work great with a heavier reel like a penn battle type, something better suited for its great backbone strength. I would recommend this rod.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great rod for inshore reds, trout and snook!!! This rod is super light, sensitive and has plenty of backbone. I fish the 7'6" MH version and love this rod. I have two of these rods fitted with 3000 series Shimanos, spooled with 10# and 15# Power Pro braid. I fish artificials only. For the money nothing else comes close. No problems or complaints.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best speckled trout rods we can find I don't fish with G-Loomis as I break too many rods but do fish the rest including St Croix, Star, Shimano, etc and these are the best of this bunch (75-150 dollar range) right now with St Croix a close second per me and my fishing buddies for redfish and specks in saltwater bays and estuaries. We use live bait and artificials.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Arrived broken Arrived broken what a waste of $90. I love redbone I have a few of these rods. But I didn't get to fish it as it was broken when it arrived and it went straight into the trash.
