I bought this a month ago and it still hasn't been delivered. I waited two weeks to hear from the delivery company, and I scheduled a date. Then we found out that carrier doesn't offer the threshold delivery I paid extra for. I confirmed a garage delivery would be OK only to have Dick's cancel that delivery. Next I heard from another company and scheduled "any room" delivery (not what I paid for) but that was canceled day of due to weather. The reschedule date was three days later; I got a call canceling that delivery because "the technician has the flu". I didn't schedule service or installation, I scheduled delivery, so I have no idea what that has to do with anything. Then without being asked I was rescheduled a week from now and told when I asked it was because "that driver gets out that way when he can". Funny, they scheduled me three days apart, but then it's a week before the driver can get here even though they have cancelled me twice. This has been a nightmare. I'll update if and when I ever get the darn thing.
