Dick Customer Service Is Terrible
I brought 2 pairs of shoes and have been fighting with Dicks to get my shoes for 2 weeks now. Had a customer experience person named Alison contact me and then no longer answered me because she thought my shoes were going to be delivered but didn't make sure of this before she wanted to close my review. I have called Alison and now customer service 3 times now and none of them are help. If you can't get what you want from an store don't order it because you will never get it unfortunately. Companies don't care about people they have jobs to avoid doing what needs to be done. Honestly its crazy that none of the customer experience people will help you either just a bunch of loss causes.

for years when in the 70's my wife and i would drive to Canton ma. to buy two pairs white classics every six months. what i liked about them . it was dressy look in the summer. plus it was great for walking.. WHY HAVE YOU STOP MAKING WIDES? there whole market out there.

Change In Width
I have been wearing a size 4 in these shoes for years & would always buy 2 pair's of the white whenever they go on sale. The last time I ordered it really hurt my feet to where I couldn't wear them. I still had a pair of new ones in a box in my closet from a year back so I tried them on & they fit fine. The width had to of changed cause now the new ones are too narrow. If I size up a half a size then my feet come out in the back. Please change the width back to the way they used to be or offer a wide width. They're my favorite shoes that I've been wearing for years & now I can't get a size wide enough anymore.
