Purchased this for my son for Christmas. Reebok Shoes came in an addidas box, that did not have a lid (cut off). After close inspection, the shoes have hair on them, I assume pet hair and also human hair. When contacting Dick's, they were going to offer me 10% discount (that was the best they could do) So, $2.40 is what would have been refunded back to me. I didn't feel that was adquate enough. I was told I could return in store, I live 1.5 hrs from the closest Dicks, so for a 3 hour round trip drive, no one is making out on this deal but Dicks. I did send these same pictures, I requested half off and I would keep them, find a new box clean them up, BUT they still said that they could maybe take shipping off and they apologized for the issue. ( I don't even think I paid for shipping) Still doesn't help the fact that they are used or returned shoes without a box! Such a disappointment and gross they didn't even inspect them before shipping.

the shoes are extremely comfortable, whether I'm working, walking, or just having a lazy day. I love the way they are colored and patterned.
