[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've bought these shoes in the past. And hope to continue buying them as long as they keep them in stock. However, the pair I recently purchased I had to return because one of them appeared to be defective. New shoes should not squeak like old shoes and that was why I returned them. I asked to exchange them for a new pair but the customer service representative didn't reply to my request. I hope by returning them that it doesn't affect my chances of winning the sweepstakes.
