Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay for lifting, not for HIIT or cross training Sent this shoe back and went with a different Reebok TR for HIIT and multi-functional training. If I wanted these solely for lifting, they probably would've been fine but lacked the support and cushioning I was looking for. Not sure if top of shoe would hold up to crossfit workouts (i.e. rope climbs), when I did burpees in them the top of the shoe caved in.
