Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Zumba and Dance shoe! I bought these about a month ago to wear to zumba and cardio dance classes. The floor of our fitness center is kind of rubbery and a running shoe grips it so the sole of this shoe is perfect for dancing, especially the surface at the ball of the foot. I removed the insole that came with them and put my own orthodics in and they work just fine. I like the ankle support and the light weight.
