Bag weighs up to 200 lbs. when center core is filled:

• The base weight of the 200 lb. heavy bag is approximately 150 lbs. This model contains an internal, plastic cylinder in the center. This allows the heavy bag’s finished weight to be customized anywhere between 150 and 200 lbs. by simply unzipping the top of the bag and adding the desired amount of sand to the inside of the cylinder
