Made of metal but light weight and very sturdy. Comfortable chin pad. Very good sight lines. The design allows unblocked views allowing me to see and track the ball. Has protected me multiple times leaving me unharmed. Highly recommend this mask. Only down side is since it is medal, once the paint chips, it may rust. But a quick sanding and new coat of paint makes it brand new.

I’ve had this mast since I was in 10u and it has always given me so much confidence! I finally got the adult sized one and I will be starting 14u as a pitcher ! Cant wait to use it on the field !

My daughter plays 12u fast pitch for a travel team. She plays multiple infield positions but was pitching when she put this mask to the test. She was hit in the face with a line drive. She walked away unharmed thanks to her Rip it face mask. She completed pitching that inning and came back in to pitch another inning. I can’t give this product enough stars. It is a must for any softball player.

Had one of these mask for the last several years that she played and asked for the same kind was comfortable and was needed a new one she wanted same kind.
I don’t really think rip it products need any more reviews. They are continuously producing great products but I’ll give one anyway. The face mask we purchased is excellent quality and has helped my daughter build the confidence she needed to play her first year. Having just got braces she was scared of getting hit and this mask not only helps her out she loves the colors they come in. Will continue to purchase rip it products as long as she plays the game.
