Great Casting Rod.

BOUGHT THIS COMBO BEFORE MY TRIP TO ALASKA.. I CAUGHT A 36" BLACK DRUM ON IT FROM THE SURF. ABSOLUTELY KNEW IT WOULD HANDLE A SOCKEYE AFTER THAT. AND DID IT. THE ROD IS AWESOME, IT'S THE SAME AS THE 8' 6" NINJA DAGGER, MED/HEAVY, BUT AT HALF THE PRICE, A GREAT ROD FOR CASTING LURES ON THE BEACH. WILL BE BUYING A COUPLE MORE FOR SET RIGS ON THE BEACH FOR POMPANO.
