For some reason these boots where comfortable but now the size is different and not as comfortable don’t know why my son and husband has the same boots

I have bought this boot for years, but this one particular pair one boot is a half size smaller than the other

Poor Workmanship

My husband has worn Rocky Lacers, or some version of them, since the early 1990s and they have always been his go-to boots. For decades, he has been extremely satisfied with their comfort, durability, and overall performance. Unfortunately, the quality of the last couple of pairs has been very disappointing. Both of his most recent pairs have come apart at the exact same place — the inside seam near the ankle on the right boot. In both cases, the tread still had at least another year of life left, so the boots should not have failed this early. After looking through other reviews, it’s clear he is not the only one experiencing this issue. Something has clearly changed with the quality control or materials in recent years, and Rocky really needs to take a serious look at what is going on. It is extremely frustrating because this was once a brand he trusted without hesitation for over 30 years. He wants to keep buying Rocky boots, but recurring issues like this make it hard to justify the price and loyalty. Very disappointing experience from a brand we used to highly recommend.

Better Than Any Slip On Boot I've Owned

Great boots. Good ankle support, they look good with anything. I wear them 14 hours a day minimum for work and occasionally on the day off they really seem to be holding up well and are pretty darn comfortable.

I am glad to be able to still buy this style boot. I had worn these for many years and I hope this pair holds up just as long.

These Best Ever There No Contest!!

These are without a doubt the best work boot for working with hoses that has ever been made! My husband will wear these until they are literally falling of his feet! And they last forever sometimes he gets 3 years out of a pair working in them 7 days a week in all kinds of weather! I absolutely adore these boots. I hope they never stop making them. He has worn them for 11 years after trying so many other brands these are the only ones he will wear! He loves them and we highly recommend them!

I have had my first pair for seven years. They are great and have taken abuse. My second ones are two years old and still in break in mode. The soles are great.

Comfortable, Last

These specific boots are the ones my stepdad always gets. He gets a pair every year. He works outside 5-6 days a week, 10 hours a day and he says they're the only boots that don't hurt his feet.

i have worn this type of boot from Rocky for last 15+ years. I normally get new pair every year, i don’t abuse them but do wear them everyday. i hope this pair holds up better than last 2 pair-they both came part at seams. Almost as if thread quality has gone down. price has never been issue when it comes to my feet just like way lace-ups feel and support. Never had issues with Rocky so i hope these don’t blow out. I am having last ones(blow-outs) repaired at leather shop. Not bashing you by any means just hope someone win look into the quality control and maybe address the issue. wanted to add a pic. but not sure how

Most Comfortable Boots I Have Ever Worn.

I am on my 5th pair of layers. I keep one nice pair and the other gets worked hard! My only complaint is the insoles wear out pretty quickly.

The soles don't last.they split apart before they wear out.

Best Boot On The Market.

I bought my first pair of these boots back so long ago I cant even remember when it was. This is the best boots I ever worn. They are very comfortable and dependable. I wear these boots 6 days a week 16 to 17 hours a day. This is the only boot I wear and would recommend.

Comfortable Soles, Terrible Stitching

I have ordered these Rockies for years, but the last 4 years the stitching comes out within a month or two of wearing them everyday. I take them to a boot shop and them restitch and. sew them up. Rocky please do some quality control. I think who ever is manufacturing your boots is using some cheap thread. I’m trying to give this company a chance to correct there problem or else i may have to go elsewhere.

Leather Seam On Your Ankle Bone.

Very disappointed with this boot. Who puts a seam on the tongue right over your ankle bone? Terrible craftsmanship! Have been trying break them in and the ankles are absolutely killing me unless I leave them super loose. I have had these a couple of weeks and they are going in the trash.
