Skates Smell Like Weed

Seriously. Why do the skates I bought for my seven year old smell like weed? Not cool. I’d love a solution to this problem.

Perfect Skates For Beginners

My son (7yrs) and daughter (4yrs) received as Christmas gifts and wore them for 12 hours straight, so they must be comfortable! They had never skated before but immediately became addicted. They literally wear these skates from the minute they wake up until they go to bed (lots of smooth hardwood floors in our house), and they couldn’t be happier. It’s freezing outside, so our house has been transformed into a skating rink. Yay! I’m very pleased with these skates, especially since the different brand skates we purchased 2 years ago were immediately returned. I actually ordered a 3rd pair for my older son (9yrs) today. You will not be disappointed with these skates!!

My Kids Wont Take These Off!

My children love these skates. Easy to put on themselves they tie up like a hi top gym shoe.Cannot comment on durability yet but I think they are a good value .

Work very well rolls smooth. Looks really good on my boy. The stoppers are made out of hard plastic and don't do any stopping but all in all good.

Small Sizing.

I ordered these online as part of my son's Christmas. I intentionally ordered a size LARGER than his shoe size, the same size he wears in the quad skates at the rink. When he tried them on Christmas morning, imagine my surprise to find that they barely fit! They are almost too small! He has just enough room for a pair of thin socks. They seem to be a size smaller than purported size. We will have to get him a larger size for his birthday (March). They were not terribly expensive...still I'd like to spend that $30 on something else for his birthday than replacing a pair of skates that he just received for Christmas.Other than the sizing issue, they seem to be durable and sturdy.Would I buy this brand/model again? Yes, but only if it can be tried on first. Unfortunately our local store doesn't carry them.

I bought these for my son's 8th birthday. He LOVES them!! He has been skating around the house and in the driveway everyday since he got them...and can't wait to get to the skating rink to show off his "cool new skates"! They seem to be well made and good quality, so for the price they are a steal! I feel like we've already gotten our $28 out of them!
