I am a woman who wears a size 11 so I had to get a men's version since it is difficult to find a women's pair in this size. First ride was smooth, comfortable, and fun. Hopefully stays that way! Got them on sale so it was worth the purchase.

Rollerblades Showed Up Used

I recently bought these rollerblades online, they showed up as used, the wheels were all worn out. I returned them for an exchange, just to get the same pair of used rollerblades delivered to me days later. Looks like nobody at DICK's checks their inventory for defective/damaged products

I had seen another review with this same issue and didn't think it could happen twice but it did. The skates had clearly been used. There was even a leaf stuck in the break. My son tried them on anyway and skated in our house but said they were not comfortable. They were going to be returned anyway but I wanted to make sure if he liked them or not. Someone at Dick's should do a check before they sen out used items at full price.

Damaged -- Bad Customer Service

Nice skates, I guess, but for the price tag, incredibly disappointing that they arrived in a completely damaged box that was clearly returned by another customer. If you buy from here, expect them to reuse damaged items without bothering to look inside the product box before shipping it to you.

Very Sturdy And Yet Moveable

I bought these for my 13 yr old daughter ( who is blessed with thin but long feet) almost a moth ago. She loves them. She has used them out doors once, but mainly uses them in doors at the skating rink.
