    Showed Up Late, Terrible Customer Service

    My package showed up 3 days late (missed two tournaments that he needed it for) and customer service basically to me, "Not our problem, too bad". If I didn't live so far away I would have shopped in person, but they guaranteed next day delivery so I assumed that would have been accurate. I will never order anything from them again.
