Perfect Rain Jacket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great rain jacket. It fits perfectly around the chest (adjustable) and completely covers my dog's butt. Yet, it doesn't stop his tail from freely moving around. There are 2 bands for his back legs so that the back of his jacket from flipping over when it's windy, but he almost doesn't need them unless it's stormy outside. Easy to put on / off. I've bought several rain coats for my dog in the past, but this is the best one of all.
