The shoes are light weight, but they don’t have nearly the amount of cushioning I need to have to walk 150000 steps a day. My bottoms of my feet were very sore, and I had blisters on my big toe and heel. If you buy them you will have to break them in slowly to get your feet used to them. I prefer my old Nike’s which have way more cushioning, but they are heavier. I will eventually like the lighter weight, once I get used to them
