Poor Quality Control

POOR QUALITY CONTROL - I've been buying these shoes for a few years, but quality control has become an issue on the last two order. Sizing and fit varies from shoe to shoe of the same size and style. In my most recent order, the left shoe has almost 1/4" more fabric over the top of the foot, making it wider and looser than the right, and it's causing the pull tab to be off center. The heel is slipping, and as typically happens, the interior fabric will likely wear out quickly. I have not returned this pair since I needed to wear them to determine how bad the issue was. But now that I've worn them, I can't return them! The previous order had one shoe about a 1/2 size smaller than the other even though they were both marked 8-1/2, which I had to return to get a pair that were the true size.

These echo knits are so comfy! The roomy toebox with narrower heel are perfect. Other shoes often have it the other way around, and it makes the shoe slip off. I was doubtful about the how much the top of the foot is covered, but the shoes breathe well, you can actually slip into the shoes hands free. It’s incredible! And lastly, they don’t look like casts in person. They’re really cute!

OK so I had to exchange these from a 10w to 9.5w. My bad. I recently had my foot measured & it's 9.5 extra wide so I got 10 for width. Didn't need to. Shoes are roomy, but snug. Sometimes I have trouble slipping them on, but I'm disabled. Wish it came in more colors.
