The shoes are very comfortable, provide good arch support and are super easy to slip on however the no tie laces are a bit of a design flaw. They are way way too loose (though I think they are the right size) so I need to pull and tighten the laces quite a bit for the shoe to feel secure and supportive on my foot, however there is no way to secure the laces at that tighter fit. I ended up tying and tucking them in a weird way but I am still experimenting. I will probably end up cutting and sewing the elastic to be shorter but I would love advice from the makers if they have any.
