The Right Choice For Long Walking And Standing
I needed a shoe to go to Walt Disney World and these were the right choice. We average between 11-14 miles of walking and standing in long lines for 4 days in 90 degree heat. These shoes were great for not having ankle, knee or hip pain from walking on concrete or uneven surfaces and very breathable. I just had knee surgery 4 months ago, bad arthritis in both ankles and tenderness on the bottom of my foot but had no pain in these areas and know it was because of these shoes. I wear a 8 wide and they were a perfect fit for me. The only thing concerning was on certain types of wet pavement, they were a little slick and because of ankle pain sometimes they are a little harder to put on. I would highly recommend these shoes if you need a well padded wide shoe for long periods of walking and standing.

Excellent Walking Shoe For Neuropathy
I ran in Rykas for a lot of years but had to switch to walking due to back surgery. I have tried other brands only to come back to Ryka. These podflow walking shoes are phenomenal! I have neuropathy in both feet and walked a 5K and had NO foot pain or aching legs or back pain that night. Thank you, thank you for making walking fun again!!
