Luckily I have not had to use it, but if I ever do I know it will do exactly what it is meant for. It is very effective and makes me feel 100% safer than being without it!! It is very durable and fits great in my hand when out for a walk. Also the size is perfect for leaving in my purse without taking up so much room!! I feel safe with it and the safety features are great where I don’t worry about it going off when. Not in use.
