Excellent For Hiking + Trail Running + Treadmill

These shoes are amazing for the mentioned activities. Only thing I don't recommend is running on concrete, as the tread on the bottom is fairly sharp and I'm sure would wear down a bit quicker. They run a little slim, which is perfect for me personally but may not be for everyone. They make a wide version. Side note, for techy gorpcore fashion these are a top 3 shoe for me.

3rd Pair

The various versions of this model over 3 pairs (always green) have only improved. From peeling outers, uppers and completely worn treads on the first pair after only about a hundred miles to my most recent pair that has several hundred miles and 3 sets of insoles I've gone through and virtually minimal wear at the treads (from loose gravel and rocky trail running), I'm only planning on replacing them to try another Salomon product. Proven product.
