This is my 7th time ordering the speedcross series and 2nd time ordering the speedcross 6. There is nothing that compares to the ultra athletic feel coupled with the best traction and waterproof performance. They feel tactical, solid for running, hiking and all around survival. If I had to choose one shoe, in any situation, these would be it. As soon as you put them on, your whole demeanour changes, and you're ready for anything. I have used old pairs for landscaping, gardening, and even in oceans and lakes, and they still outperform boots anyday. Snow, ice and deep puddles; don't even trip, these shoes are the best in the biz. My 16 year old D1 basketball Son is now wearing them too for outdoor training, which is why i'm ordering another pair. Lets Go!

Great trail shoes. I wish I would have gotten a wide. Toe box is narrow which is uncomfortable when going downhill, especially on long hikes.

Comfortable right out of the box. Forms to feet nicely. Excellent traction. I thought the speedcross 5 was the best it could get and held off crossing over but I’m hooked now. I own the army green, black, black and yellow, and the black and blue ones. I wish they’d make the colors solid on the toe box like the speedcross 5. I’m not a fan of the “tearing visual effect” on the toe. The jagged outline is cool on the graphics but I prefer the boldness of the separate colors on the speedcross 5. Id also love to see a speedcross 6 in fire red. Like mostly red on the whole shoe…. Not burgundy, not red wine or red white and blue. The red of the spikecross 5. Red sole, red heel and red shoe. Keep up the good work. Whoever is designing these is killing it.

I wore these shoes for about two years; never did me wrong. They took me up the Sierra Negra volcano, and countless trails in the Rockies. However, they are not fireproof. Wore them to a bonfire once, burning ash popped and landed on top of the shoe. Burnt a mean hole right through the gore-tex. Great shoe otherwise!
