[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an avid biker, but living in MN, biking is out of the question during 6 months of winter (unless you want to brave the cold, snow and ice, which I don’t). I reviewed the options for indoor biking and discovered rollers. I read the reviews and watched YT videos of people falling off their bikes. I set the rollers up next to a wall and they work exactly as advertised. It is an extremely difficult workout. I often go 100 miles on my rides, I can barely last an hour on the rollers. I am cycling constantly at a fast speed to maintain balance (I had to get elbow protection since I kept hitting the wall), so the calorie burn is fantastic. This was the best decision to get through the long winter. If you enjoy a challenge, I highly recommend rollers.
