Got these when they first came out, and they started out with good cushion and support. Used mainly for walking. However, I wouldn't recommend for larger people. The cushioning and support under both heels degraded significantly in short amount of time with walking, so they provided 0 heel cushion now (basically heel sinks into the shoe) and can't be worn for any amount of time with hurting feet. Disappointing, had the Echelon 5, they were fantastic right to the end (wore them until they basically fell apart). Inferior product compared to earlier models.
