I thought it was a fluke on my first run that my friend and I were able to keep a conversation for 3.5 miles and our pace was about 30 seconds faster than usual. The next day I went out to run a 5k and I have NEVER in my life (I've been running for 24 years) been able to run 3 miles in under 30 minutes. I did it with ease. I was mind blown. I can promise the time isn't due to excellent training because I have only been running 1-2x/week. I am confident it is due to the shoes! Also, I purchased these because they were on super duper clearance being the older model. I'm not sure I would pay $225, even if they do make me faster because I am not out trying to set records and signing up for races frequently. If you are someone who is trying to drop time- buy these shoes!

So Light, You May Think They Have Wings
Love my endorphin pro sneakers. I have had a back issue that resulted in having some vertebra removed and rods and screws from top to bottom, for stability. I had to give up running but there was no way I could sit still. So though I no longer wear my EPs running, I do wear them on my walks. They have provided an exceptional amount of cushioning which is important for everyone running or walking on a hard surface; but it is imperative for those of us with back issues. From the moment I put them on I knew they were special. I literally felt like I was floating above the ground. Here we are months later and I still get the same walking on clouds-like feel I got out of the box, whenever I wear them. an advantage that any runner going longer distances. You need the shoes to feel as if they are not there. But they still need to keep you ankles from rollling and provide a good amount of stability. In my opinion the EP handles that beautifully. They are the only pair of running shoes that I sometimes forget to remove once I come in from my walk. I just forget that they are on my feet. When I am home and standing in the kitchen, I am standing on hard tile that is placed on top of a slab of cement. Talk about a hard surface. Without my EPs I wouldn’t be able to stand in the kitchen for so long. These have to be the best running shoes I have ever worn in my 62 years of life. That’s a lot of shoes!!

Look And Feel Great
I loved the look of the sneaker, but the fit was better than anticipated. I am transitioning from a treadmill to street/sidewalk running . The Saucony Endorphin pro has been fantastic, no knee or foot pain after a run. I average 5 miles every other day and the fit was perfect out of the box. I have a different brand and have issues around the ankle area with them. Great buy!

These are great shoes for doing long runs. They quicken pace and keep foot comfortable. The only problem I had with this shoe is the thin top layer of breathable fabric; it is so thin that my toe poked a hole right through.
