Stop Making Every Shoe With A Plate

It is AMAZING to me that our race days are MAYBE 1% of our yearly running, and companies are changing so many shoes to rely on a plate. If you’re less experienced, just so you know, a shoe with a plate will last you like 3 months of average daily running. Please, stop ruining every shoe, I tried these and they were great, I’m so glad I asked if there was a plate.
