Works , Trick To Set Up And Figure Out How To Turn On

Tricky to set up, because instructions are just ok. I did it slow took off came back the next day and figured it out. Then the getting it to turn on …this is where people (me) got stuck. So, you have to unplug it every time when you’re done. Then use the remote control to turn it on and what until you here it click on. If you get an E1 error unplug repeat. I use my twice a day and I cannot do more than 20 min. If keep it inside my daughters room who is at college. Plugs into the wall. Im in love with It I use it twice a day! You can crack the zipper door let in-some cool air.

Avoid

Absolutely terrible product, did not work out of the box and continuously trips the breaker when trying to use. Save yourself $600.

Received incentive

Easy But Glitches

Easy to set-up. Small and convenient. Does not get up to the temperature advertised. However, the 130-140 it does get up to is very toasty, seems warmer. You sweat buckets after about 5-6minutes. We are having some error messages occasionally, we unplug and try again and it’s fine. I reached out to the manufacturer for support but no response. Probably would not recommend to others just yet.
