Good Product Overall, But Zero Customer Service From The Saunabox Company.

I went with this sauna because it is the only one of its kind I could find: a larger, portable unit that gets hotter than the little ones. So far as functionality, it seems to work great after having it two weeks. It gets quite hot (I have a calibrated kitchen thermometer that reached 155F, so very close to the advertized temp) and I like the space, in comparison with my previous sauna (the kind you stick your head out of). There was an initial chemical smell, but that has almost completely dissipated now. HOWEVER, the mat it came with had quite a large crack and I've tried reaching out to the company a few different times over the past couple of weeks and had zero response, except for an automated email saying they will get back to me within 48 hours. Because of this, I would not recommend this product to anyone, since there are a lot of parts that can malfunction or break on this sauna and no way to receive any support. I enjoy the sauna, but am actually debating returning it because of this glaring issue. For the price point, the customer service should be much, much better (or at least exist).

Sauna Box Pulse Is Tough!

I am 4 sessions in woth my sauna box. 140 degree all 4 sesisons. Easy to use and easy to to assemble.

Frustrating Experience With Saunabox Pulse-pro – Still Not Working

I purchased the SaunaBox Pulse Pro Infrared Sauna with Red-Light Therapy, but it hasn’t worked since I received it. I spent over an hour assembling it, dedicated additional time testing it because it’s not working, and took up space in my home for something I still cannot use. I reached out to customer service, and after quite a bit of back and forth, they said they would replace a faulty part. However, after promising to send the replacement, they completely ghosted me. It’s been over a month, and I still cannot use the product.

Stay Away From Saunabox Company

This was a complete waste of money. The product showed up broken, and when I contacted customer service at SaunaBox, they were completely unhelpful. Instead of fixing the problem, they gave me the runaround and now they’re just ignoring me altogether. It’s unacceptable to sell defective products and then refuse to stand behind them. The lack of responsibility and support is shocking. I’m beyond frustrated and will never buy from this company again. Buyers beware.
