Using It Daily

Using this every day religiously. It gets and stays incredibly hot. My fatigue levels have improved greatly since I started using it.

Alleviated Inflammation.

Rarely write reviews but I’m so happy I bought this. I’ve had pain issues in my neck for so long and I was willing to try anything to sleep at night Voilà.. thank you Sauna Box. I now no pain at night while I sleep. Helped alleviate the inflammation. Highly recommend.

Worth Every Penny!

Been using this almost daily for over 2 months now, and WOW. You start to sweat heavily within just a few minutes. I am a frequent sauna user and can't usually make it more than 20 minutes. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a good sweat at-home at an amazing value - I couldn't find anything on the market that gets as hot and has red-light therapy. Highly recommend!

Great Value Sauna

Hottest sauna i've ever been in. no joke. I've been using my gym sauna for over 2 years but wanted my own. Assembly was pretty easy, red light is great. 10/10 recommend. It gets way hotter than the dry sauna at my gym

Good Product Overall, But Zero Customer Service From The Saunabox Company.

I went with this sauna because it is the only one of its kind I could find: a larger, portable unit that gets hotter than the little ones. So far as functionality, it seems to work great after having it two weeks. It gets quite hot (I have a calibrated kitchen thermometer that reached 155F, so very close to the advertized temp) and I like the space, in comparison with my previous sauna (the kind you stick your head out of). There was an initial chemical smell, but that has almost completely dissipated now. HOWEVER, the mat it came with had quite a large crack and I've tried reaching out to the company a few different times over the past couple of weeks and had zero response, except for an automated email saying they will get back to me within 48 hours. Because of this, I would not recommend this product to anyone, since there are a lot of parts that can malfunction or break on this sauna and no way to receive any support. I enjoy the sauna, but am actually debating returning it because of this glaring issue. For the price point, the customer service should be much, much better (or at least exist).
