Steambox Designed To Break After 1 Year??

Like a previous review here, my steambox broke right after 1 year warranty. Matter of fact, I purchased two sauna's at the same time, both boxes broke within two weeks of each other. By design??? Steamer works great though...until it doesn't.

Tent Cover Quality

Quality of the tent cover is poor. After only owning one for less than a year, my tent cover started to tear at the zipper. I reached out to Saunabox directly and they replied that that was only “normal wear and tear” and offered me a 15% discount on a new cover.

Stay Far Away

If your looking for a light weight sauna for your Home that will last for less than 10 uses and has warranty support and reported non existent stock supply’s. You’ve found the right product. Just choose another company. Fiber glass polls are cheap, included seat will rust very quickly. Steamer unit will possibly catch on fire if used more than 10 times.

Great Home Starter Sauna

Purchased this as alternative to always using a friends hot tub. I’ve been in a dry sauna before but this was the first steam sauna experience. Read reviews on all different manufacturers and a lot will down play steam saunas for dry with the biggest negative being that steams saunas don’t get very hot. With this particular brand I can say that I not true. I use mine on level 5 and it’s plenty hot with two more levels left to go. I use it about 3-4 times a week for 45 minutes and absolutely love it. One of the best self care purchases I’ve made. Super easy to set up, just give yourself ample room to work. Highly recommend using distilled water over tap or even spring water as any minerals in the water could damage the steam generator.

Steamer Broke At 13 Months

Bought this saunabox and the steamer stopped working on month 13. I reached out to see if the company (saunabox) would cover the item under warranty but they declined because I was less than a month past the warranty .They offered a discount instead. In my opinion, a steamer should last more than 13 months. I am disappointed in how the company handled this issues.

Out Of Box Didnt Work

I have a child in a weight based sport who needed to lose 2lbs in a day. I bought with hopes it would help. Sauna out of the box did not work. Tried multiple outlets, steamer would not get hot. Asked chat GPT for help trouble shooting, found out this

Saunabox Died In 5 Months, They Have Not Replaced In 10+ Weeks

I loved my Saunabox, used it every day at a medium setting because it worked so well they temperature got very hot. But it died after 5 months. It's been over 10 weeks after verifying the defect with their customer service team and they have not replaced it or refunded my money. They are sighting out of stocks, but they continue to promote everywhere. Be careful.

Great Product

This product is amazing! I have had it for just about a month now and use it about 2 to 3 times a week! Works exactly as intended, great price for the value you’re getting!

Poor Customer Service And Guarantee On Product

Do not buy this product! It will fail after 90 days and Dick's will not do anything to compensate. A few other people I know purchased the same product and same issue has taken place. It will stop heating up and you will be left with nothing. Unfortunate that Dick's will not back their products they are selling.
