Not Very Happy

I normally don't write reviews but man, I am frustrated. Order a Saunabox last week, unboxed it and found no instructions, no micro towel, and no chair. The further I went into the box I found the mat for the bottom, it had dog hair on it. Called customer service, got a refund and ordered another one. This box came more beat up than the last. Started to go through the box, all the connectors were not in a bag, the pot top was missing and some poles were missing. Very disappointed in Dicks for sending 2 used Saunaboxes.
