Home Sauna That Just Works

I’ve been using the SaunaBox Solara for a bit now and honestly really like it. It feels well built without being bulky, and the materials don’t feel cheap like some of the other portable saunas out there. It heats up pretty quickly and the heat is actually consistent, so you get a solid full-body sweat instead of weird hot spots. Size-wise it’s a good balance, it doesn’t take over your space but still feels comfortable to sit in. The controls are super straightforward too, nothing complicated, just works. Overall it just feels like a really solid, reliable setup for using regularly at home.

Really happy with this purchase. The setup was straightforward, the size is perfect for home use, and it feels very well designed. The heat, red light therapy, and Bluetooth features make it super relaxing, and overall it feels like a premium experience at home.

I ordered this about a month ago and can’t say enough nice things about it. I use it 4-5x a week at the very least. It’s easy to clean, smells great and was a breeze to set up. The speakers are also very high quality.

Legit The Best Thing In My Apartment

Been using this thing every day for two months and I'm not going back. Heats up fast, the full spectrum infrared actually hits different than a regular sauna...you feel it deeper. Construction is solid, wood looks clean, took me like 20 mins to set up. It's compact enough that it doesn't take over the whole room. The low EMF panels and red light are a bonus but honestly I just wanted something that makes me sweat and recover faster..and it does that.

Saunabox Customer Service Is Awful And Slow

Note: this is not DSG's fault. I bought this from DICK's back in December and received it at the end of January. The top board and left panel that houses the computer had damaged wire heads and I couldn't connect them. I reached out to Saunabox and their customer service was awful. Took weeks to reply and when they did it took another 2 months for them ship a replacement. I wouldn't buy this, unless you're looking for a headache.

Good Getting Support From Saunabox

I received my Solara in November 25. It was missing the top. I was told to directly contact Saunabox for a replacement of the missing part. A lot of smoke and mirrors, false ship dates and unfulfilled resolution. Thankfully Dick’s Sports customer service stepped back in to help me. 5 months later I received my top. If I had to do it again I would buy a different brand of Sauna stay clear of Saunabox. Thankful for Dick’s Sports assistance until the end!

Got It But Was Damaged

Received it yesterday, only took a few weeks. Top box was fine bottom which has the main pieces al cracked. Thankfully Dicks is great to work with. Not ordering a replacement.

Ordered a Solara and it’s been 2 months. They won’t respond or answer why it hasn’t shipped yet.

Awesome Sauna

Can’t really complain about the sauna went together just fine. No issues came packaged perfectly. The shipping time could’ve been a little bit quicker but you know it’s a big item so I understand timeframe overall it works very good for its intended purpose. No complaints.

Excellent Sauna

The Solara Sauna has very much lived up to its hype. We did a ton of research about the best sauna to purchase (over two years of looking), and finally settled on this one. It was a done deal when we realized it could be bought at Dick’s Sporting Goods. Highly recommend it! Very easy to install, and delivery was easy, as well.
